Radiation Therapist

Due to internal progression and growth within our team, we are pleased to offer two exciting opportunities for Radiation Therapists to join our Epping Centre (located within the Epping Medical Centre). Both roles are permanent full-time.

Grow professionally as a Radiation Therapist while gaining hands‑on experience with advanced techniques in a supportive, high‑performing team.

Patient care sits at the heart of everything we do, with a strong focus on delivering safe, compassionate, and high‑quality treatment that supports the best possible outcomes.

More specifically, you will:

• Deliver radiation therapy planning and treatment, along with associated clinical responsibilities
• Proactively contribute to a strong, positive multidisciplinary team culture both locally and across GenesisCare
• Ensure the safe and accurate delivery of all radiotherapy processes and procedures
• Maintain high standards of administration and documentation, completed professionally and in a timely manner

We're looking for someone who has:

• Demonstrated technical competence across treatment, simulation, and planning at an appropriate level
• Sound knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy modalities and techniques
• A genuine enthusiasm to learn and grow professionally across treatment techniques such as EBRT, DIBH, IMRT and SABR
• Experience using the Monaco Treatment Planning System
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team‑based clinical environment
• Strong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a patient‑centred approach
• Sound knowledge of radiotherapy practice and associated allied health services.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy (or equivalent qualification)
• Current AHPRA registration as a Radiation Therapist
