GenesisCare has an exciting opportunity for a Radiation Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary team at our Greenfields (Mandurah) Oncology clinic in WA.

At GenesisCare, we deliver comprehensive radiotherapy with a strong focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for our patients. Our teams work collaboratively across disciplines to support the full patient journey.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 9 days per fortnight, offering a great work-life balance.

You’ll be based at a modern centre located less than a 10-minute drive from the beautiful Mandurah coastline. Enjoy free onsite staff parking and a Monday to Friday schedule—so you can keep your weekends free!

More specifically, you will:

• Deliver high-quality radiation therapy planning and treatment in line with best practice standards.
• Accurately perform all radiation therapy procedures, ensuring precision and safety at every step.
• Ensure all administration and documentation requirements are initiated and completed.
• Ensure patient care and centre standards are maintained.

We’re interested in hearing from people who:

• Demonstrate technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy (treatment and planning), including comprehensive knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy modalities and techniques.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in an effective team environment.
• Have a strong knowledge of radiotherapy and associated allied healthcare services.
• Have a current registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA.
• Has a current licence with the Radiological Council of WA.
• Demonstrate commitment to high quality patient care.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement.
• Are able to develop and maintain strong and cooperative working relationships.
