GenesisCare has an exciting opportunity for a Radiation Therapist to join our Oncology Centre in Frenchs Forest.

This is a 15-month contract offering full time hours across 4-days per week, within a Monday - Friday schedule. It is a great chance to enjoy more flexibility and a better work life balance, while still making a meaningful impact on patient care.

We offer a competitive salary of up to $113,382 per year + superannuation, depending on your experience, along with career progression in a supportive and patient focused environment.

More specifically, you will:

• Personally undertake radiation therapy planning and treatment responsibilities and associated duties.
• Promote and contribute to an effective multidisciplinary team at the relevant Centre and across the practice.
• Responsible for the correct administration of all radiation therapy processes and procedures.
• Ensure that all administration and documentation requirements are initiated and completed in a professional and timely manner.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Radiation Therapist.
• Current Australian Radiation Use Licence (state-specific requirements apply).
• Demonstrated technical competence across all areas of radiotherapy, including treatment delivery and planning.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy techniques and modalities.
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• A strong commitment to patient-centred, high-quality care.
• A dedication to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
• Well-developed communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
