We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Radiation Therapist to join our team in a full-time position at our Southport clinic, located in the heart of the Gold Coast.

More specifically, you will:

• Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatment and planning services, ensuring safe, accurate and patient-centred care.
• Work collaboratively with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, nursing and allied health professionals to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
• Apply contemporary radiotherapy techniques and technologies in the delivery of treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with established treatment protocols, quality and safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment focused on continuous improvement and clinical excellence.

We're looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor degree in Radiation Therapy or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Current registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in radiation therapy treatment and planning, with knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy techniques.
• A genuine passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centred cancer care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high standards of clinical care.
