ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a full-time Radiographer to join our team in a Radiology focused role, working across multiple Horizon Radiology sites through Auckland primarily based between New Lynn, Remuera (Lunn Ave) & Sylvia Park sites. This unique opportunity offers variety in your day-to-day work allowing you to experience different clinic environments while keeping your workload diverse and engaging. You may be working solo or with a team of clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general radiographic procedures in line with clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and clear communication.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, medical staff, and colleagues to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures.
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent)
• Current registration and certification with the MRTB
• Experience with RIS/PACS systems (recommended but not essential)
• Ability to travel between sites when required
• A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs
• Experience with Shimadzu & Philips Xray (preferred but not essential)
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally
• Minimum of 1 year experience is preferred. New grads may also apply if they meet the role expectations.
