Referrer Relationship Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate Referrer Relationship Specialist to join our team based in the South Perth Region - O'Connor.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Growing our referral base and engage with local healthcare providers, including Doctors, Practice Managers, Receptionist and Allied Health Professionals.
• Successfully develop and nurture relationships through educational events, support referrers and practice managers.
• Assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies
• Maintaining, managing and growing a territory of referrers
• Working together as a member of the Apex Radiology marketing team

• Proven sales and networking skills
• An aptitude for business growth.
• Good Communication skills.
• Ability to engage professionally to build rapport with referring Doctors, Practice Managers and Reception Staff, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently, resourcefully and be self-motivated.
• Excellent organisational skills to plan, promote and execute promotional lunches, information evenings and any other event as required.
• Be technically minded ensuring referrers are well supported. An understanding of medical terminology is preferred but not essential. CRM experience maintaining a referrer database and experience with RIS/PACS or Radiology reporting programs is an advantage.
• Current Drivers Licence as this role is field based

This is a part time role working 3 days per week (24 hours). Days and hours negotiable.
