Registered Nurse - Acute Community Care - Brisbane

The Role:

We are currently searching for a Registered Nurses to join our acute care at home team in the Brisbane Region and surrounding areas.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years recent experience working in either a medical/surgical ward, emergency department or ICU, and be confident with working autonomously.

· Travel will be required for the role.

· Working alongside the major Public & Private Hospitals to support their patients with early discharge support to deliver hospital substitution programs, post-acute care, and ambulatory infusion services.

· To join our team, you will need consolidated nursing and problem-solving skills, as well as be an excellent communicator, patient advocacy and organisational skills.

· Short, flexible hours that can be scheduled before or after other shifts or employment.

To be part of this exciting program you must be:

· Registered Nurse with consolidated skill set including chronic & post-operative wound care, IV infusion, venepuncture, experience and the like

· Outstanding IV cannulation skills, PICC & PORT management

· Current National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)

· Current Drivers' Licence and your own reliable car fully insured, as well as your own computer/tablet, printer & phone
