We have multiple permanent full time or part time opportunities for dedicated Registered Nurses to become part of their esteemed team in Cherbourg, QLD

About the Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You will be an integral part of our team, delivering exceptional care and support to our aged care residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor and assess residents' health status
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
  • Provide emotional support to residents and their families

What we look for:
• A passion for caring for others
• Actively engage in handovers with the Clinical Care Team to ensure continuity of care across shifts
• Hold a valid qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Understanding of AN-ACC -Aged Care funding model
• Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound care, and clinical support for our residents, in line with resident needs
