We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our supportive team on a casual basis, based in our brand-new cancer care and health centre in Campbelltown.

Our purpose-built centre delivers comprehensive services including radiation therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, haematology, clinical trials, and allied health care. Designed with innovation and patient wellbeing in mind, the facility is working towards becoming one of Australia’s first 6-star health centres, complete with a wellness pavilion on the top floor.

You will join a close-knit nursing team delivering best-practice care across radiation oncology, medical oncology, and haematology. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a key role in providing patients with an exceptional, compassionate treatment experience.


More specifically you will:

• Attend patient assessment.
• Administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapies and blood transfusions
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients, family and friends.
• Provide comprehensive patient education.
• Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists / Oncologists / Haematologists and the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain patient and organisation confidence by adhering to policy and procedure.
• Contribute to the team effort by assisting with team goals.
• Bring a positive, enthusiastic and ‘can-do’ attitude to work.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

• Current and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to demonstrate empathy for patients and their carers.
• Demonstrated clinical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate the clinical management of care.
• Commitment to and involvement in the application of quality improvement and evidence-based practice principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
• Experience in the field of Oncology preferred, working with a variety of patients.
