3 West is our vibrant 20-bed General Medical Unit, delivering high-quality acute care to patients from the community and Emergency Department.

Collaboration is central to our care. Our multidisciplinary team works closely with patients and their families to achieve shared goals and meaningful outcomes.

What the role involves:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Nurse Grade 2 or Enrolled Nurse Level 2 to make a meaningful impact in General Medicine. As part of our 20-bed acute care unit, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, values teamwork, and is committed to clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary team
• Supporting patient and family needs while maintaining privacy, dignity and confidentiality

What we're looking for:
You are a motivated and flexible individual with relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and a positive team-focused approach. You will work efficiently and respectfully to deliver excellent patient care aligned with Cabrini’s Mission and Values.

You will also have:

• Relevant nursing qualifications and Registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
• Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
• Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
• Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment
• Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
