As a Registered Nurse in our Plastics, Vascular, and Breast Reconstruction surgical ward, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and contribute to positive outcomes in a fast-paced and rewarding clinical setting.

We are seeking committed nurses for permanent part-time positions, with flexible shift availability across a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care in line with Cabrini’s values and clinical standards
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care
  • Ensure patient needs, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained at all times
  • Support continuous quality improvement and contribute to a positive team culture


What we're looking for:
You are a compassionate and dedicated nurse with a passion for surgical nursing and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

You will also have:

  • Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
  • Minimum 2-3 years of acute surgical nursing experience, preferably in plastics or vascular surgery
  • Strong clinical skills in post-operative care, including wound and drain management
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to positive patient outcomes
