What You Need (ESSENTIAL)

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 12 months ICU or Critical Care experience in an Australian hospital
• Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check + NDIS Screening Check
• Full vaccination status as per Victorian healthcare requirements
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Confidence working in high-pressure, high-acuity settings
• A commitment to evidence‑based, person‑centred critical care
