The Role
We are seeking permanent full-time and part-time Registered Nurses with scrub/scout speciality experience in orthopaedics, neurosurgery, urology or gynaecology specialities to join our Perioperative team.
We have a strong commitment to education and ongoing professional development, to support our nurses in delivering excellent patient care within the framework of the Cabrini Mission and Values. Our nurses are also encouraged to work in a wide range of speciality areas to broaden their skills and knowledge, which is supported by an experienced onsite education team.
Salary range is in accordance with the Cabrini Nurses & Midwives EBA.
About You
You are a passionate, patient-focused Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic perioperative environment, you will also have the following:
- Previous Instrument/circulating experience in any of the following specialities: Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, urology, gynaecology and general surgery
- Relevant Nursing Qualifications and current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Victorian Working with Children Check
- Relevant Post graduate certificate or equivalent in perioperative nursing or critical care (desired not essential)
- Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment
- Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
