We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our Mandurah Oncology Clinic in a permanent part-time role, working 2 days per week.

Whether you're looking to specialise in a new area of nursing or take the next step in your career, this is a unique opportunity to build skills across both Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology.

No previous oncology experience is required. We will provide comprehensive training, mentoring and ongoing support to help you develop confidence in this rewarding specialty.

With a consistent Monday to Friday roster and no night shifts, you'll enjoy flexibility, work-life balance and the chance to make a genuine difference to patients throughout their treatment journey.

More Specifically you will:

• Deliver compassionate care to patients receiving cancer treatment
• Complete patient assessments before, during and after treatment
• Administer treatments and medications within scope of practice, with training provided
• Monitor patient wellbeing and respond to changing clinical needs
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their support networks
• Collaborate with Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists and the wider multidisciplinary team
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and clinical care
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

• Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient-centred care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Sound clinical judgement and attention to detail
• A willingness to learn and develop within a specialist nursing environment
• Previous oncology experience is welcome but not essential
