Randstad Aged Care is working with a not for profit aged care provider who is seeking Grade 2 Registered Nurses to join their team in Shepparton.Their mission is to provide the highest quality of care to residents in a compassionate, supportive and caring environment.

Position overview:

• Role: Registered Nurse in aged care facility
• Type: Full time and part time positions available
• Salary: Ranging from $38-$48ph, plus super

About the role:

• Provide personally tailored care for each individual in a compassionate and professional manner
• Perform an integral role in providing the best care to our residents by ensuring you participate in care planning, assessments and evaluations
• Develop enduring relationships and become the key contact between residents, healthcare professionals and their families
• Manage and administer medications for residents
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of residents

• A vibrant and caring not-for-profit aged care facility located in the heart of Shepparton, Victoria
• 96-bed aged care facility offering a range of care services, including high care, low care and a memory support unit

Shift availability:

• Morning, afternoon and evening shifts available, including weekends

Requirements:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Grade 2 Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care is preferred
• Ability to work across various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
