The Role:


We are currently searching for a Registered Nurses to join our community Hospital in the Home team in New South Wales Greater Sydney and surrounding regions. Travel required to the following areas, Paramatta and surrounds, Hurstville and Surrounds, North Ryde and Surrounds. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years recent experience working in the acute hospital setting and be confident with working autonomously.


  • Travel will be required for the role. You will have the opportunity to work with innovative medical and nursing professionals who see health care differently.
  • Working alongside the major Public & Private Hospitals to support their patients with early discharge support.
  • Delivering hospital substitution programs, post-acute care, and ambulatory infusion services.
  • To join our team, you will need consolidated nursing and problem-solving skills, as well as be an excellent communicator and patient advocate.



To be part of this exciting program you must be:


  • Registered Nurse with consolidated skill set including chronic & post-operative wound care, IV infusion, venepuncture, urinary catheterisation, respiratory assessment, split skin graft & donor site management and comprehensive care planning experience
  • Outstanding IV cannulation skills, PICC & PORT management
  • Ability to problem solve and use initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise
  • Current National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Current Drivers' Licence and your own reliable car fully insured, as well as your own computer/tablet, printer & phone
  • Working remotely/independently within a geographic region under the supervision of our Senior Clinical Lead
