GenesisCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical Oncology/Haematology Day Unit at the North Shore Health Hub in St Leonards. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to be part of a close-knit team delivering world-class care to patients in a compassionate, professional environment.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Conduct patient assessments and provide care tailored to individual needs.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapies, and blood transfusions safely and efficiently.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and carers.
• Deliver comprehensive patient education and guidance.
• Collaborate with Oncologists, Haematologists, and the broader healthcare team.
• Maintain your professional development and actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Uphold organisational policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude to a supportive team environment.

We’re Looking for people who have:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse registration (AHPRA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy for patients and carers.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to plan and coordinate patient care.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
• Experience in Oncology or Haematology nursing is highly desirable.
