What you’ll do:

• Complete patient assessments and coordinate best-practice oncology nursing care.
  Support patients in managing treatment-related side effects.
• Provide emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients and their families.
  Deliver comprehensive patient education.
• Collaborate closely with Oncologists and the broader multidisciplinary team.
• Liaise with internal and external medical/nursing stakeholders.
• Maintain professional development and pursue growth opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive, can-do clinic culture and shared team goals.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care through strong clinical handover and integrity.

What we’re looking for:

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine patient-centred approach.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality care.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
• A team-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Oncology or wound care experience is desirable, but not essential.
