We are currently looking for a full time Registered Nurse to join our team based in the Western region.

💙RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

The Medical Imaging Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Preparation of patients undergoing examinations such as Ultrasound, CT and MRI, including IV Cannulation
• Assistance in the performance of Medical Imaging procedures
• Admission and consent of patients undergoing procedures such as biopsy, drainage, and fluoroscopy
• Post procedure care, recovery and discharge

💎TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• IV Cannulation qualification preferred, training support available for suitable candidate
• Strong organisational, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• Flexibility for overtime requirements as rostered and required
• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
