GenesisCare is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our supportive team at our Norwest Clinic on a causl basis, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle and career goals. You’ll work within a close-knit nursing team delivering best-practice radiation oncology care and helping create an exceptional treatment experience for our patients.


What you will be doing:

• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate clinical care.
• Create a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients and their families.
• Provide clear and comprehensive patient education.
• Collaborate closely with Oncologists, Haematologists and the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and work toward identified growth goals.
• Uphold organisational policies, procedures and confidentiality standards.
• Contribute positively to team goals and foster a supportive workplace culture.

What we're looking for:

• Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy for patients and carers.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate patient care effectively.
• Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Oncology experience preferred, but not essential.
