Registered Nurses - EMERGENCY (ED)

Registered Nurse – Aged Care | Casual | $60–$80/hr | Inner Melbourne & Surrounding Areas

Are you a Registered Nurse with experience in Emergency? We’re currently seeking casual RNs to join our supportive teams across the Greater Melbourne area

🕒 Shifts Available:

• Morning (AM)
• Afternoon (PM)
• Night Duty

💰 Pay Rate:

• $60 – $80 per hour (based on experience and shift type)

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and Assessment
  Quickly assess patients upon arrival to determine the severity of their condition and prioritize care based on urgency.

• Emergency Care
  Provide immediate interventions such as administering medications, performing CPR, wound care, and stabilizing patients before further treatment.

• Monitoring and Documentation
  Continuously monitor vital signs and patient status, and accurately document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

• Collaboration with Healthcare Team
  Work closely with doctors, paramedics, and other nurses to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care in high-pressure situations.

• Patient and Family Communication
  Explain procedures, provide emotional support, and keep families informed about the patient’s condition and treatment plan.

🎓 Requirements:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Previous experience in Emergency
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
