The Role

You’ll primarily deliver a 6-session, CBT-based treatment program for specific phobias, including vehophobia, incorporating Virtual Reality (VR) exposure therapy.

There is also scope to work with clients across CTP, Workers Insurance, Medicare, private and employer-funded services.

What You'll Do

• Deliver psychological assessments and evidence-based treatment

• Provide CBT interventions for anxiety and specific phobias

• Use VR exposure therapy as part of treatment

• Support clients to return to driving and achieve meaningful outcomes

• Manage approximately 5–6 client sessions per day

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting

• Collaborate with clients, referrers and other professionals

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology

• Current AHPRA registration

• Current SIRA registration or eligibility to obtain

• Unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence

• Strong psychological assessment and treatment skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in CTP/Workers Insurance, anxiety, specific phobias or vehophobia is highly regarded but not essential.

Location: Ingleburn, with occasional work from a secondary office in Penrith.
