Senior CT Tech

About the role:
This is a full time, Mon-Fri role working 40hrs/week primarily in the organisations Milford facility however, must be able to work across all North Shore clinics. You will lead, mentor and support a team of 3 CT radiographers which will look to expand in the future, so they can continue being the ultimate benchmark in the industry for quality imaging and exceptional patient care.

What you have to do:

• Manage the CT department across the North Shore clinics this includes operations, machinery and reviewing patient diaries
• Train, mentor and lead a team of 3 CT radiographers including training, appraisals, staff development and meetings
• Support to radiologists
• Ensure the department complies with all clinical and health and safety standards

Skills and Experience:

• Current registration with the NZ medical imaging board as well as APC
• Have leadership experience and be an effective communicator
• Sound knowledge of clinical and technical CT and General X ray skills
• Be committed to continuous development and improvement in a team environment
• Good relationship management and time management skills
• Work well within a small team being compassionate and professional
