You will provide high-quality specialist care to patients with complex general medical and geriatric needs across:
- Acute and subacute inpatient services
- Ambulatory and outpatient care
- Community-based programs
- Virtual models of care
- Multidisciplinary clinical services
You will join a welcoming multidisciplinary team where your expertise in both General Medicine and Geriatrics will be highly valuedand where you can make a visible difference to patients, services and the wider community.
Private practice potential
The successful candidate may also have the opportunity to establish a private practice outside their public appointment, with potential assistance including:
- Access to sessional consulting rooms
- Credentialling and administrative support
- Introductions to local GPs, physicians and surgeons
- Assistance establishing local referral pathways
The total remuneration package is valued at up to $564,548 per annum, including:
- Base salary of $223,136$282,912 per annum
- Employer superannuation contributions of up to 12.75%
