Site Supervisor

Lake Imaging, founded in 2002, has become the largest radiology provider in central and western Victoria with more than 19 clinics provides a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to the St John of God private hospitals, community-based clinics and speciality centres in Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, and Warrnambool.

💎ABOUT THE ROLE

Lake Imaging have a new opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor- Radiographer, reporting to the Regional Manager - Geelong to manage the day to day operational services within the site including maintaining a high quality, efficient imaging service for our patients and referrers; providing leadership and direction to staff under supervision; to managing rosters and leave for technical staff.

🔷RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Maintain a high-quality, efficient imaging service at SJOG Hospital Geelong
  
• Foster a collaboratively with Radiologists, Modality Supervisors, and staff
  
• Manage daily operational tasks related to imaging services
  
• Serve as a liaison between SJOG Hospital and Lake Imaging
  
• Assist management in the ongoing growth and development of the organization
  
• Jointly responsible for daily staffing rosters
