Sonographer

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sonographer to come and join a close knit team working across 3 sites on the North Shore-this would be quite flexible depending where you live. The role can be what you make it whether that be locum, part time or full time work Mon-Fri business hours. You will be joining a close knit team of 10 sonographers doing abdominal, pelvic, obstetrics, small parts, musculoskeletal, breast work and vascular. The company looks after their staff, they like to provide them with upskilling opportunities and support them wherever possible. It is a great opportunity to come and be part of a fun team!

What you have to do:
• Conduct ultrasounds in a professional and efficient manner
• Showcase quality in your ultrasound imagery
• Accurately inform patients on their examinations and procedures
• Engage with patients with a high standard of customer-service
• Work methodically and collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team

Skills and Experience:
• Hold a current New Zealand registration and APC
• Open to those with 1+ year experience
• MSK and bresat experience preferred
• Overseas candidates welcome if you hold a current NZ registration-supervision hours can be accommodated
• Great communication skills and able to work well in a multidisciplinary team
