The Role
You'll join a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive psychiatric care across inpatient and community services.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering specialist psychiatric assessment and treatment
  • Providing clinical leadership within multidisciplinary teams
  • Supervising Registrars, Fellows and Junior Medical Officers
  • Teaching medical students through the University of Melbourne
  • Participating in service development, quality improvement and governance
  • Contributing to a well-supported on-call and weekend roster

What You'll Need
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), or an equivalent specialist qualification recognised by RANZCP/AHPRA Assessed as substantially comparable
  • Specialist Registration with AHPRA via expedited pathway
  • A passion for teaching, mentoring and collaborative multidisciplinary care
Remuneration
Package up to $400,000+ depending on experience, seniority, employment arrangements and applicable allowances.
