An exceptional opportunity has opened for a Specialist Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join a regional referral maternity service delivering around 420 births per year.

You will join a supportive rural specialist team delivering broad-scope obstetrics and gynaecology across inpatient, outpatient, theatre and outreach settings, while contributing to the training and supervision of junior doctors within accredited pathways.

The Opportunity In this role you will:

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynaecology care including operative services
• Perform point-of-care ultrasound across all trimesters
• Deliver gynaecological surgical services and termination care
• Participate in the specialist on-call roster
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees
• Contribute to the development of a vital regional maternity service

Hospital acts as the regional birthing hub supporting remote communities across a vast catchment area.

Remuneration & Benefits Total remuneration up to $679,037 p.a. (pro-rata), including:
