Speech Pathologist – Mandurah, WA
Talent Quarter are proud to be supporting our multi-disciplinary Allied Health client to find a Speech Pathologist to join their team on a permanent basis and to service clients in Mandurah, Western Australia.

Our client is a provider of NDIS allied health services for those in Western Australia and provide services which include Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology. As the Speech Pathologist, you will be working in a multi-disciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and other Speech Pathologists to bring the best quality services to your clients across your area. You will be supporting clients in their home, community and at the clinic locations.
The duties and responsibilities of the Speech Pathologist will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing a diverse caseload
- Providing evidence-based assessment and services in home, community and clinic locations
- Liaise with NDIS participants and their supports, including family, carers, health professional and other agencies
- Gain a thorough understanding of your clients needs and define their goals
- Design appropriate therapy recommendations and support plans
- Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team of clinician to share knowledge and ideas
To be considered for the role, you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role with experience in sensory regulation, emotional regulation and mealtimes is desired, although not essential. You will also have:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Current police clearance
- Fully Covid-19 Vaccinated – certificate to be provided
- Current WA Working with Children Check and NDIS worker check
- Current WA driving licence and reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
