As a Staff Specialist Anaesthetics, you will:
- Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based anaesthesia across a broad range of surgical specialties
- Provide clinical leadership and contribute to departmental teaching, training, and quality improvement
- Supervise and mentor registrars, junior doctors, and other clinical staff
- Participate in on-call and after-hours rosters as required
- Engage actively in clinical governance, patient safety, and service innovation

What youll do
- Deliver safe, high-quality anaesthetic services across a range of specialties
- Supervise and mentor registrars and junior doctors
- Participate in on-call and after-hours rosters
- Contribute to teaching, quality improvement, and clinical governance
- FANZCA or assessed as Substantially Comparable via ANZCA
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Excellent clinical communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous improvement
