Things that work for us:

• Ability to work on a casual basis
• A Certificate III in Sterilising Technology (or equivalent), or a willingness to obtain the qualification. Support to complete the Certificate III may be considered
• Previous experience in a CSSD or healthcare environment, ideally as a CSSD Technician, Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
• Flexibility to work across a casual roster, including a variety of shifts and participation in weekend on-call requirements
• The ability to effectively apply relevant policies, procedures and quality standards within daily practice.
• Sound knowledge of contemporary infection prevention and control principles, with a demonstrated commitment to safe patient care
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
