Support Worker - Sydney

Ontime is seeking compassionate, motivated Support Workers to join our team across Sydney and surrounding areas. If you’re passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives, we want to hear from you.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or a related qualification
• Full vaccination: 3 x COVID vaccinations, Flu, and proof of immunity for whooping cough, measles, Hep B, and chicken pox
• Full working rights in Australia, plus a valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current or willingness to obtain a National Police Check
• 6+ months paid experience providing care and support to individuals with varying needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (personal care, meal prep, domestic tasks)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with medication and attend appointments as needed
• Encourage independence and work toward personal goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company policies
• Communicate effectively with families, health professionals, and support teams
• Engage in ongoing training and attend team meetings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Empathy, professionalism, and respect for individual privacy
• Understanding of safeguarding and commitment to safe practice
