Ontime is on the lookout for compassionate, motivated Support Workers across inner suburbs of Sydney! Whether you're already working with another agency or operating as an independent SW, this is your chance to top up your roster, pick up casual shifts, and support more clients.

We’re onboarding now, so successful applicants can start picking up clients as soon as possible!

What You Need to Succeed

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Full vaccination: COVID x3, Flu, plus proof of immunity for whooping cough, measles, Hep B & chicken pox
• Full working rights in Australia, driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• 6+ months paid support experience across disability or aged care

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with daily living: personal care, meal prep, domestic support, shoppint + more
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Medication prompts & appointment assistance
• Encouraging independence and helping clients achieve their goals
• Accurate documentation and adherence to policies
• Communicating effectively with families, allied health, & support teams
• Participating in training & occasional team meetings
