Your Role Will Include

• Assisting clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
• Supporting clients with quadriplegia to live safely and comfortably
• Providing positive, respectful companionship
• Encouraging independence and empowering clients to meet their goals
• Keeping accurate records and communicating with families and healthcare professionals

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability (required)
• Experience in disability or aged care
  • Bonus if you have experience supporting paraplegic or quadriplegic clients
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Up‑to‑date vaccinations as per Australian Immunisation Handbook
• NDIS Worker Screening Check + Working With Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle
