What You’ll Do:
- Provide in-home and community support tailored to individual needs
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and social engagement
- Promote independence and inclusion
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and our team
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ Months experience in aged care, disability or mental health support
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) or completion of 1st year Bachelor of Nursing
- Current First Aid, CPR, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Police Check and Blue card (or willing to obtain)
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- A positive attitude and commitment to empowering others
