Ontime Healthcare is a boutique agency delivering premium, personalised care — and we’re growing. We’re currently seeking experienced Support Workers for ongoing, one?on?one Aged Care and Disability support across Melbourne’s Inner East and Western suburbs.

These roles are casual but consistent: predictable clients, regular shift patterns, and steady fortnightly hours. We have a mix of weekday and weekend work available.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 6 months (preferably 1 year) paid care experience
• Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability)
• NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid & CPR
• Full Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Full working rights
• Full vaccination status: COVID (x3), Flu, plus proof of immunity for whooping cough, measles, Hep B & chicken pox

What You’ll Be Doing

• Personal care: showering, grooming, mobility assistance
• Preparing and cooking simple, nutritious meals
• Transporting clients to appointments and community outings
• Accurately documenting shift notes
• Providing high?quality, professional, person?centred support
