Ontime Healthcare is Looking for dedicated and passionate Personal Care Assistants for Private in-home supportive care for clients with disability.

To be Successful:
- Certificate III or IV qualification in a relevant field such as Individual Support or Disability
- Fully Vaccinated (3 x Covid shots, Flu Vaccination, Proof of immunity towards Whooping cough, measles, HepB and chicken pox)
- Full Working rights
- Currently hold or willing to obtain a National Police Check
- 6 months plus paid experience in providing care and support to individuals with a range of needs.
- Current Working with Children Check, CPR and First Aide (level 2)
- Current Australian Driver’s License

Who are we looking for:
If you have explored the thought of working in the community work then we are looking for you. We have a high demand for enthusiastic and compassionate support workers and personal care workers to join our. You will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support to individuals with a range of needs, including but not limited to, disabilities, mental health conditions, and elderly care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, ensuring their wellbeing and safety
- Assist individuals with their medication and attend medical appointments with them as required
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Maintain accurate records and document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with other professionals involved in the individual's care, including family members, social workers, and healthcare professionals
- Attend regular team meetings and participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Other Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- NDIS Screening Check – not essential but highly desirable
- Empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude towards supporting others
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' privacy
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and willingness to follow company policies and procedures
