Randstad Aged Care Recruitment Agency is seeking Clinical Care Coordinators (CCC) to join our team of senior clinical leaders.

We have Clinical Care work in these locations: Geelong, Grovedale, Highton, Ocean Grove, Torquay, Colac, Terang, Apollo Bay, Warrnambool, and Portland.

What You'll Need to apply

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 12 months experience in managerial aged care roles such as a Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) or Clinical Care Manager (CCM).

• 6 months+ experience as an Aged Care Nurse

• Current AHPRA Registration.

• Current working rights for Australia (please note: sponsorship is not available for these roles).

• Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Clearance
