The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Education Centre (ANMEC) is the answer you are looking for. A service of the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation SA Branch (ANMF), ANMEC offers a variety of education options ranging from core skills in the workplace, Certificate III programs, through to Diploma and Advanced Diplomas and continuing professional development. Choosing to work in nursing, health, aged and community care may be the best decision you will ever make. Fulfilling, challenging and rewarding, these jobs can take you anywhere in the world! Most of the education and training is delivered at our purpose-built training facility, which has parking and provides students with the latest in clinical training facilities and technology. ANMEC complements the training with online learning and assessment which supports the classroom theory and clinical skills laboratory practice. We also ensure appropriate and supported workplace learning. For employers, we also offer the convenience of on-site workforce training and professional development. We have successfully trained students in courses at Certificate III level since 2004, Diploma level since 2005 and Advanced Diploma level since 2009 and were recognised as the SA Small Training Provider of the Year – 2010. We are a registered training organisation (RTO). QUALIFICATIONS AND SHORT COURSES ANMEC delivers nationally accredited courses spanning nursing, aged care, health and community services, ranging from Cert III to Advanced Diploma level. All courses are delivered by professional staff with specialisations and contemporary industry knowledge and practice. ANMEC also offers a wide range of Continuing Professional Development courses for those already working in the field, to help enhance, update or increase clinical knowledge. At ANMEC, our courses will arm you with the latest knowledge and skills and are supported and recognised by nursing, aged, health and community care employers.
