- Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or an equivalent specialist qualification
- Current or eligible specialist registration with AHPRA
- Qualifications permitting specialist practice in Victoria

- An interest in recovery-oriented and person-centred care
