Victoria has had 10 days without any new local coronavirus cases, with the state about to roll out its first batch of AstraZeneca vaccines.

But there is one new overseas case and the number of active cases remains at five.

The state had 9993 tests in the 24 hours to midnight on Sunday.

Victoria took delivery of 50,800 AstraZeneca doses late last week.
