NATIONAL MENTAL HEALTH REVIEW KEY RECOMMENDATIONS
* Develop a national mental health and suicide prevention plan
* Reduce suicides and attempts by 50 per cent over the next decade
* Clarify eligibility criteria for access to National Disability Insurance Scheme for people with mental illness
* Improve mental health services for rural and remote communities
* Introduce a Close the Gap target to improve indigenous peoples' mental health
* Introduce mental health teams to indigenous primary health care organisations
